CelestialSpider has been playing the Sims since the Sims 1, and has a high-fantasy Medieval-esque game that includes a mischievous fairy named Nym who is always demanding a bigger wardrobe. She dove headlong into franken-meshing in 2014 and has never looked back. Her simming skills include meshing, body shapes, morphs, refurbishing old meshes, and many others. She lives in the Pacific Northwest, where her other hobbies include cooking, watching YouTube videos on soap-making and doll refinishing, and juggling her circus of dogs. She is happily engaged to a skeleton named Otis.
rugrat0ne has been playing a Medieval/light fantasy game since Sims 1. She has also experimented with Victorian and Steampunk hoods as well. She waded into Sims 2 creation in 2009 with a really bad pet bowl recolor, and has gotten much better since then. She has dabbled in pose boxes, default replacements, recoloring, franken-texturing, and clothing repositorying. A resident of New England, her hobbies include medieval reenactment, Buffy fan-fiction, and procrastination. She lives alone, but is auntie to five cats and seven humans.
The Acme Catalog is a multi-pronged project to combine skills to “fill in the gaps” in Medieval, Victorian, Steampunk, Fantasy, and other realms, even Modern clothing, especially in the area of body shapes. Some projects, like the Acme Starter Kits, have set agendas for completion, and other areas are more free-form in their goals and timelines. We create primarily for our own games, but are hoping that others find it useful, as well.
